You can use a soft measurement tape or a piece of paper (check the tutorial below). Wrap the measurement tape around the wrist.

• If you like a snuggle fit : wrap it around your wrist and leave minimal wiggle room

• if you like it loose: depending on how loose you like to wear your bracelet, wrap the tape around your wrist adding 1 or 2 fingers in between.

Spacers are the round beads (gold, white or black) that separate the words from the beads.
